Only three mathematically oriented things have changed from 9.10.1 till now
- The RANDOM function now works well with bignums (before it was not
random enough)
- LOG / ATAN was reimplemented to produce NaN/infinities when
appropriate. Of course this should only happen when floating point
exceptions are disabled.
- We improved floating point exception handling and signalling.
