Please, if somebody does that, use Tcl/Tk 8.5 (not 8.4) and the Img
extension. If you don't know how to do that, then wait until I post a
Starpack (tomorrow). I cannot built the whole windows package, because I
refuse to accept Microsoft's Help workshop EULA, as required by the
current Makefile procedure :(
