Discussion on this subject seems to have dies, but in the interest of
compelte information: GotoMeeting provides each individual attendee the
choice either to do audio (listen and talk) over the internet connection
or to do audio via a regular phone connection.  Either way, it is
helpful if every participant has the ability to mute his microphone when
not speaking, otherwise background noise build up.  The phone connection
might incur significant cost depending how one obtains phone service,
but it works fine.
