If I want to change the default value of gnuplot_preamble back to the
empty string, then I need to check that I didn't break any of your
improvements. So it is of course easier for me to change wxmaxima and
I will do that instead. But then we are forcing people to upgrade
wxmaxima if they wish to use maxima 5.20. This is perfectly OK with
me, but maybe not very user friendly.
