Maxima + openmcl windows installer

I have a 32 bit XP Windows and have it installed on my E:drive and having problems making it work. Using the samples double-clicking does not execute at all. I'll reload and place it on C:drive and see if it makes a difference.

Maybe you need to install it somewhere on C:. I think it only works on
32 bit windows.
