Work on the Confluent hypergeometric function

I always run both the testsuite and the share_testsuite to be sure not
no change something what is expected by other code too.

I have got no problems with the share_testsuite. By the way, the code of
simplify_sum uses hgfred too. All examples work with the improved code
for the Confluent hypergeometric function.

Do you see an example which no longer works?
