output of lines

I am currently using maxima to output various things to tex.  One of the
things I'm trying to do is to have maxima list my linear equation in the
form Ax + By = C.  Just to be consistent I like to have the x term listed
first.  When maxima outputs the result sometimes it puts y first, sometimes
x.  Is there any way I can have it always output it a certain way.
