Thanks, I think the Maxima style is actually Lisp-ish, and it certainly
predates me, so I don't deserve any credit.

I think that the list manager is pretty intelligent. I don't believe
that it sends the same email to the same email address, so I think it's
safe to 'reply all' without fear. You can see this from the email
headers of recent messages.
