How to setup MAXIMA for a web application running on IIS?

If multiple users are going to sequentially access the same Maxima, you

This is not necessarily easy to do.  If multiple users are going to 
access the same Maxima interactively and in parallel,
this is just wrong.

If you have remote users you should consider what is needed to protect 
your computer from security problems,
since Maxima commands can, for example, write files.
