Displaying help/information about a specific package

No, there isn't any. When I commited this package (sent to me by its 
author, Nicolas Guarin) I thought that people should test it before 
moving the documentation to the Maxima Manual.

Also, there is a texi file for the fractals package.

Probably, it's now time to move both documents to doc/info.
