With some help from Erik Huelsmann, the current cvs version of maxima
should now work with abcl, and the testsuite should pass. You will need
to get a very recent version of abcl, though.
Most of the test failures were minor issues due to abcl returning
slightly different numerical results and due to abcl signaling errors on
underflow. (We turn that off in all lisps.)
I think this is good news. Thanks to Erik for doing the dirty work and
tracking down the issues and running the tests.
