Maxima by Example Ch.6 Update

Dear Ted Woollet,

Thanks a lot, this is very useful!
I retrieved the book using

wget -r -nd -l1 -A "*.pdf,*.tex,*.txt,*.mac,*.dat,*.html" --no-parent
http://www.csulb.edu/~woollett/

I hope this is ok

I am trying to deduce the equations of motions of a kinematic chain
given the Potential and Kinetic energy. I was wondering if any of the
chapters deals with the Lagrangian or Hamiltonian formalism of
classical mechanics. Anyway I am sure I will profit lot form your
files! Thanks a lot.
