That's one reason I made a custom search engine (pretty easy to do for google):

Includes the standard recommendations (Woollett / list archive) and a
bunch of other stuff (because I had the same problem searching for
stuff in R). This is a little different than a union of a bunch of
the "site:" decorators that Barton suggested, but that's basically the
idea. Maybe saves some typing.
