For a description of the Gruntz method for computing limits, try a web
search on "gruntz limit". Dan Gildea wrote the Maxima code for this
method. Sometimes limit calls gruntz, sometimes not apparently. Maybe
gruntz isn't intended to be a user-level function. I don't know if
Maxima has a full implementation of the method.
