I think the plan is good, except for the T-1 part. I think one day to
make the switch over is a bit too short. It takes time to verify things
are working and to get everything in place (I'd like commit message to
be sent out still), and to make sure at least a couple of developers can
actually use the git repo before going live.
A week seems more realistic, and not overly long. After all, maxima cvs
has been out for longer than that already.
