So there is a Windows package built with CCL now.
The one problem that's unresolved is that the CCL
binary uses instructions (SSE2) which don't exist
on some old CPU's. How big a problem is that?
Can we recompile CCL to not use those instructions?
or is there some other workaround?
I am hoping that we can use CCL for the Windows
package in the near future so I'd like to get any
problems straightened out.
