I'm looking for a Graphic User Interface toolkit that I can use with

open-source projects because I don't want to buy something just to

Your Google-fu seems strained.
Both Lispworks and Franz have systems that satisfy your stated
requirements and which have free versions you could use to experiment
and/or do non-commercial development. These are both
currently-supported commercial-quality Lisp implementations.
