Augmented Lagranian



Awhile ago I was investigating the Variational Iteration Method , for the
approximate symbolic solution of Non Linear Differential Equations .

 The solution of these requires the use of a Lagranian multiplier , lambda ;
see attached pdf .
 I'm wondering how the Augmented Lagranian , found in Maxima , might be 
used
in this setting .
