Windows installer

Hi,

I install the last version today (5.25.0) but it doesn't work.
I check the content of the directory and saw that it seems maxima for windows is compiled with
openmcl instead of GCL.

Also I see than in \Maxima-5.25.0\share\maxima\5.25.0\doc\html as in
\Maxima-5.24.0\share\maxima\5.24.0\doc\html there is only the file "intromax.html"
