Excellent contributions.
I have always wondered if a cohesive manual and examples could somehow
be maintained and worked as a cumulative effort to get the greatest
coverage and examples.
For example, the work by http://www.csulb.edu/~woollett/
This would be akin to the example repository that Wolfram-Mathematica uses.
Just a thought to chew on.
