Fork of maxima for make it more embeddable.

About the problem of ccl and sse2 there was a discussion on the list some
time ago, and the solution was to condinue with the distribution of an
installer based on gcl (or any lisp with no need for sse2, indeed).

This is a problem to think about: users with such old pcs are not so
negligible in number (for a statistic, I am one of them with an old Sempron
2800+), moreover I don't see why some users should be excluded if there are
other lisps as valid options.

Sorry for going OT from the original argument of the discussion.
