There's more to "implement' a new function completely. For example,
determining under what conditions
this new function appears in the result of (say) integrate, solve,
simplify, limit, taylor, etc.
Also bigfloat functions for numerical evaluation to arbitrary precision.
Not everything that is "implemented" is implemented completely.
