linearalgebra

The warning can be safely ignored--it's not related to a mathematical bug. Maxima compiled with some
versions of Common Lisp issue the warning, others do not (maybe compiler switches matter too).

On 23 Nov 2011, the linear algebra source code was modified to eliminate this warning. The current Maxima
doesn't print this message--at least it doesn't when compiled with GCL or CCL.

another 5.20 installation has same linalg-extra.lisp but produce no warnings

BTW:
can I avoid messages like
rat: replaced 0.4 by 2/5 = 0.4
