Should we still support Windows 95, 98 and ME?

As a user of maxima and wxmaxima whose primary platforms are OS X and
linux, I am satisfied as long as there is support for Mac and linux. I
sometimes use Windows and have been running XP SP3 in VirtualBox. However,
even the venerable XP is on its way out, although MS will support it
through 2014. I believe it is time to drop support for pre-XP (or NT)
Windows.
