I don't know of a tutorial per se, but I would like to suggest another
way to use Maxima. Maxima runs in a Lisp image, so you have a second
programming language right inside Maxima. Indeed, you can pull in whole
other packages (e.g. a webserver) and, with a small amount of coding, you
have Maxima running x or x running Maxima.
