When you edit a trouble ticket, I believe you can change its Status to
Closed.
I looked into the bug tracker options and it seems to me that e-mail
notifications are not currently enabled. I boldly made an attempt to correct
that. I hope I didn't do something stupid.

I don't know how either.
I also notice that changes to the bug tracker don't send out emails
anymore. That's rather annoying. Anyone know how to fix that?
