I added the "Developer" group to the "Update" permissions for bugs. Can you
check if this resolved the problem? I am not 100% sure I know what I am
doing.

The edit button on the title bar is missing. Seems that I do not have
permission to edit the ticket. I think I have to contact sourceforge.
