This is some hand-made, but in simple cases can help
(%i1) eq1: f=C*exp(x)*exp(a);
(%o1) f=%e^(x+a)*C
(%i2) eq2: eq1*exp(-a);
(%o2) %e^(-a)*f=%e^x*C
(%i3 ) subst(K, %e^(-a), eq2);
subst(K, %e^(-a), eq2);
(%o3) f*K=%e^x*C
