Load gentran in wcMaxima

Comparing gentran sources of 5.28 and 5.29 shows no differences. Maxima finds gentran from any working directory.

The error is caused by the functions proactive and $readvexp in templt.lisp. This is my first experience with LISP, therefore I have no idea what is going wrong.
