32 bit CLozure 1.9 runs the testsuite OK

This is good news!  I have not yet tried out 1.9.

This is a bit surprising.  I had thought sbcl ran the testsuite faster
than any other lisp, except, perhaps gcl.  I haven't compared runtimes
in quite some time though.
