Documentation for 'rationalize'

Apparently, somebody forgot to run "update-examples" on DataTypes.texi.

A remainder to all developers helping with the documentation: please
read README.update_examples and
use it; but check the results because it may include some warnings and
other messages that should be
deleted manually.

update-examples is also a good way to discover bugs introduce by new
versions.

While we are in this subject, last Monday while I modified
Numerical.texi I noticed that fft is giving results different from a
previous version, but since I have never used fft and I have not
followed its recent changes,
somebody more familiar with it should look at the examples in the
documentation to decide whether they are
correct or not.

Regards,
Jaime
