But don't forget that unless you have configured your Windows or Linux with
rather rare and obscure options, a 32 bit executable will run just fine on
a 64 bit processor and OS. There are advantages to 64 bit executables such
as bigger fixnums, but of you don't particularly need these things, it may
be simpler just to grab a 32 bit prebuilt.
