   OK, in addition to lurkmathml, there is maximaMathML which
   replaces the top-level loop to output both content and
   presentation MathML instead of ascii art. If you only want
   presentation output presumably you can modify the code
   accordingly.

Robert, what do you mean by 'content and presentation' ?
