Unfortunately, creating Windows binaries is not easy, and most Maxima
developers are using some Unix-like system. So while Maxima development
is proceeding steadily, new Windows installers haven't appeared.
I'm sorry to say that I don't really know how to remedy the situation.
Do you perhaps know someone who is accustomed to working on Windows
who would volunteer to help us create Windows binaries?
