Matt, AFAICS, all the acl2/ansi work is in both 2.6.8 and 2.6.9. These
are (approximately)
symbol exports
:dynamic-extent decls
fast #= support
dispatch macro char fix
with-standard-io-syntax
In addition, one feature requested by Jared is in 2.6.9 only:
-- command line argument support
