Well, sorry for the bother. This bug was introduced while trying to fix
another subtle bug ... I think both bugs are fixed now. By the way, if
you have some examples of integrals of hypergeometric or binomial
functions which exhibit the bug, I will add them to the test suite.

Yes -- I'll create a 5.31.1 release in a day or two.

Well, http://maxima.sourceforge.net is edited by hand, so I guess it
should be updated, or, better still, should simply point to the download
page without mentioning a specific version. (I haven't been working on
that for a long time.)
As to the SF pages, they are, I guess, supposed to updated automatically,
but that automatic scheme isn't working. I don't know how to force it to
display the correct (most recent) version number.
