And it is very easy to install it in Windows. A few weeks ago I built
successfully Maxima 5.30 in Windows 7 with sbcl and it passed the tests,
but some minor errors prevented me from building a distributable
package. I guess the Windows sections of the Makefiles have some
GCL-specific parts that must be changed.
