Default installer version for Windows is out of date

For Windows, the SourceForge page currently encourages the downloading of the old version, maxima-5.28.0-2.exe, instead of the real latest version, maxima-5.31.1.exe.


On the plus side, I installed 5.31.1 on Windows 8, and it's working.
