Hi, I've tagged 5.31.2 in Git and uploaded source & rpm packages to the
SF file manager. http://sf.net/p/maxima/files

In this release, there is a patch to fix the DESTDIR problem and one to
work around the incorrect float parsing bug (GCL only).

I guess I'd like to ask for another Windows version since the float
parsing bug can easily bite users.
