kill(all) kills too much?

Hi,

after "kill(all)" the wx-routines of the package "draw"
don't work any more.

draw2d works, wxdraw2d doesn't,
but wxplot2d works.

Up to Maxima (at least up to Version 5.28) everything
worked fine.
