I favor gnuplot_postamble, since it makes a regular pair with
gnuplot_preamble. Also, gnuplot_suffix seems to suggest something about
the Gnuplot path (and gnuplot_prefix suggests that even more strongly).

Well, if there are any such symbols already, I think changing them is
more trouble than it's worth, so let's leave them alone. But let's not
introduce any new ones.
