This needs to be written yet.  Want to learn about it and document as
you go?  (That's basically what I'm doing - this way, we know what 
questions to answer for new users.)

Hmm - another good idea.  That would make a good appendix section. 
I've worked with Mathematica a little, but not Maple - any Maple folks
out there?
