On maxima-clisp there was no problem with bind-stack overflow
appeared at FACSUM(EXP3, C, D, [U, V, [Z, [M]]]) in 'faxexp.dmo' in gcl compiled maxima.
The demo 'stopex.dmo' also passed without problem.
To do this I compile the patched versions of 'acall.lisp' & 'outmis.lisp' directly
from maxima and then put it in maxima dir.
