Subject: Windows installers - any opinions/experience

I would suggest that the messages displayed before installation and after
installation be the same as what is displayed by W. Schelter installation package
for Maxima 5.5 : the GPL licence (before installation) and Maxima Readme file
(after). With the installation package on sourceforge, the GPL is replaced by a
strange condition on software embargo to some countries, and the Readme file does
not seem to display after installation ?
