Yes. The Windows binary currently on the sourceforge site was created
with InnoSetup, http://www.jrsoftware.org/isinfo.php. This is a free
program which can handle shortcuts, as far as I can tell doesn't mess
with the registry at all, and has compression. Equally important, and
unlike FreeDelivery, the installer looks and feels exactly like a
normal Windows install. Try the one in the Files section on the
sourceforge site for an example.
