Xmaxima Tcl UI code

Is anyone maintaining the xmaxima Tcl UI code?

Did wfs write the original code?

If someone needs a hand with the UI code I might be able to help out.
I think I have the code figured out and, time permitting, I should be
able to do some cleaning up, and code simplification.
