See my other email for details on that. Basically I think I might be
able to dig it up, but the better procedure is to create one
specifically for 5.9. InnoSetup is really easy to do this with - just
use the wizard to get started and then use the hint about
recursesubdirs.

I think we might want to incorporate the Windows specific stuff for
xmaxima, but I don't think we need to add the InnoSetup stuff to the
build by default. It might be nice once we have a good script
debugged, but basically InnoSetup is only useful if you are creating
binaries for distribution - someone who has compiled it on their
machine would be able to do make install. If we want to add a "make
release" option that would probably be where to put it.
