I'd prefer to keep Maxima free of mixed case identifiers. Three
problems that my students often have in using Maple are:
1. case errors in identifiers and system functions,
2. forgetting to load needed Maple packages (Maxima autoloads),
3. mismatched parenthesis (even xmaxima flashes matching parenthesis,
Maple doesn't).
Maxima fixes all of these.
