Sigh. I have to manually approve every message automatically sent to the
maxima-bugs list by the bug tracker. I've been doing this for a while,
but I had hoped there was a way to avoid it. There is none.
If I'm away from mail there will be a lag before updates make it to the
bugs list.

Summary: ML services issue
Initial Comment:
I have set up a mailing list for Maxima project bugs. I
then configured the Maxima project bug tracker to
automatically copy bugs to the mailing list. Every
message the tracker sends to the list has to be
approved by the moderator (me) because it does not put
the mailng list name in the to: or cc: fields. It is
very inconvenient to have to approve each such message
to the list. Is there any way around this problem?

No. There is no way around this problem at current time.
The tracker was built to send emails to individual user
accounts (to whom a problem was assigned), not mailing list
email addresses.
Sorry.
