Greetings! When trying to process the maxima texinfo docs with
pdftex, I get the following errors:
pdftex maxima.texi

This forces me to use tex and then dvipdfm to get a pdf, which is OK
except that cross references in the doc do not show up as links in the
pdf.
Any texinfo expert available to help here?
Take care,
